JOB DUTIES:

• Serve as liaison between technical team/vendors (offshore software development team) and business group handling multiple projects within the group.
  
• Head cross-functional project teams to implement web-based and client-server based customer solutions.
  
• Control technical project management process through full life cycle, from RFP and vendor selection through testing and implementation.
  
• Manage offshore development work with the vendor, and take action on this task through daily scrum techniques and timely updates.
  
• Develop business case and cost/benefit analyses and monitor performance against project budget.
  
• Develop project plans and manage timely completion of technical tasks and deliverables, as well as control project budgets.
  
• Coordinate reengineering and design of business processes to support technical solutions of BASEL/AML/US-Patriot Act solutions.
  
• Improve and enhance project management process documentation templates.
  
• Write a tutorial on testing web applications.

Senior Systems Analyst

JOB DUTIES:

• Act as a liaison for technical issues between the business team, technical team and other affected technical departments in a bank.
  
• Plan, conduct and direct the analyses of highly complex business problems to be solved through strategic e-commerce based solutions (intranet and internet).
  
• Advise business and technical team by evaluating current system processes and recommending new e-commerce solutions that reduce costs or extend current capabilities.
  
• Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
  
• Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and manage recommend changes.
  
• Prepares technical specifications for systems changes.
  
• Recommend and initiate systems testing.
  
• Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
